Job Summary:

Appalachian Underwriters is looking for an experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team. This role will find, develop and maintain agency partnerships with a goal of maximizing profitability. You will be the face for our carriers and agency partners in the Greater Chicago area. This is a remote role with travel. Applicants should be located in the Greater Kansas City Area.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with sales and product teams for growth

  • Identifies target customers

  • Collects and compiles feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership.

  • Collects and maintains sales records required to track, review, and modify performance and marketing initiatives.

  • Forcasts and analyzes sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance: prepares and presenets reports summarizing information and makes recommendations based on analysis.

  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential carriers and clients.

  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Travel will be required.
