The Job:  

As a Franchise Sales Recruiter, you’ll be part of our Mac Tools team working as a remote employee with travel. The ideal candidate will reside in Chicago, IL, Milwaukee, WI, Madison, WI or St. Paul, MN. This position is responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing candidates interested in opening a Mac Tools Franchise. It will involve executing advanced recruiting strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and building relationships with existing Mac Tools distributors and franchise owners. The Field Franchise Sales Representative will coach and assist the assigned District Managers and Region Managers to develop stronger cross functional franchise sales teams. This position requires detailed use of digital sales tools and software. You’ll get to:  

  • Manage all franchise lead activity using Salesforce.com
  • Travel 35-40% once every three weeks  
  • Work with Mac Tools leadership to ensure that the franchise candidate selections are consistent with business objectives, growth, integrity, and retention.
  • Identify and plan recruiting focus areas within the assigned territory to close competitive gaps and improve market share.
  • Contact and manage all franchise candidate leads from multiple lead generation activities
  • Develop relationships with candidates to ensure high level of candidate experience and responsiveness
  • Contribute to candidate experience by developing and sharing recruiting “best practices” with Recruiting team
  • Network extensively in the marketplace in an effort to source candidates for open areas virtually and in person
  • Develop and manage franchise candidate lead reporting metrics, reports, and pipelines

  • Long term sales cycle experince. Franchise development and sales preferred.
  • Ability to accurately and completely communicate the value of a Mac Tools Franchise
  • Solid understanding and experience with Salesforce software and analytics to manage leads
  • Clear ability to communicate with passion, enthusiasm and integrity 
  • Strong Interview, Selling, and Closing Skills
  • Ability to coordinate closely with other team members to ensure a successful franchise start
  • A proven track record of starting and sourcing successful candidates
  • Expert in developing reporting tools to streamline day to day work.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving ability to provide quick solutions
  • Effective at performing detail oriented tasks
  • Ability to manage and lead multiple projects at one time
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to manage across functions at various levels.
  • Strong facilitation and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor Degree preferred or equivalent years of experience
