Contribute to the success of the industrialisation phase and series production start-up of POE (exterior) parts and systems by ensuring the best compromise between product / process / services / design, in compliance with business processes and standards upperbody, acting as a window person for the customer and suppliers.

• Identifying problem areas with the industrial team in Valladolid
• Monitoring the application in the factory of technical decisions and modifications made by the project and business teams
• Ensuring that the layout of bodywork equipment components is in line with the project planning.

Mission:

• Follow-up and technical convergence of each modification with the suppliers or the GFE11/13/14 parts factory team during the industrialisation phase.
• Modify the 3Ds and provide the DDMs with the modifications
• Validate the product feasibility/design success with the support of project management.
• Ensure quality: archive 3D, drawings and IMDS until the certificate of conformity for each part.

• Technical bachelor degree;
• Experience on a similar position;
• Expertise in product design / automotive processes: digital modelling, knowledge of vehicle assembly processes, knowledge of automotive project planning.
• Experience on BIW parts;
• Good communication and coordination skills;
• Experience in project management;
• Organized person, attentive to details;
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of English and/or French is required.
