Baptist Health is looking for a Manager, Denials Management to join our team. This is a remote position that requires residency in KY or IN
The Manager, Denials Management works with the Nurse Director of Denials Management to maintain overall responsibility for Denials Management operations, budgets and goals across the Baptist Health entities. Identifies and implements best practices to promote and continuously improve customer service, efficiency, compliance and data integrity in a manner consistent with the operational needs of the local markets. Collaborates with local leadership to implement system initiatives in a manner sensitive to local needs.
Minimum Education, Training and Experience Required
A bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business or a related field plus one year of revenue cycle experience is required, or in lieu of a degree.
10 years of Health Care Revenue Cycle experience with a minimum of 1 year in a management/supervisory/team leader role.
