Description/Responsibilities:

This contract position is responsible for processing and administering all practitioner-related data changes and updates in the WHL practitioner data management system with extreme accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare data management, and excellent organizational skills.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the integrity and quality of practitioner data by implementing and maintaining data validation procedures, conducting regular audits, and addressing data discrepancies promptly.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with leadership and other internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of practitioner data management.
- Reporting: Work with Network Data Analyst to generate and analyze reports related to practitioner data management, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Compliance: Ensure all practitioner data management practices comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and other data privacy laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in lieu of education will be considered.
- At least 1+ years of experience in healthcare data management.
- Strong understanding of healthcare practitioner data, including experience with data integrity and validation processes.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Proficiency in data management software and tools, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards, including HIPAA.
This is a contract position. We anticipate 12-months (could change based on business needs).
