Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Systems, HR, Finance, 5+ years' experience with HRIS, Workday in Core HCM, Payroll or Finance.
Key responsabilities:
- Act as Workday subject matter expert in designing solutions aligned to business requirements
- Stay updated on new Workday features and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Provide 2nd level Workday support, develop test strategies, and test cases
- Manage L1 Workday System Analyst team, ensuring system integrity and overseeing change management
- Develop and maintain Workday roadmap, act as Named Support Contact and Training Admin
