What will your new challenge look like?

You will be hired as a manager in transportation management for the 4flow management business line. You will take on tasks in the area of transportation and people management. In particular, this will include the following tasks:
 

  • Managing material availability and/or transportation in day-to-day business and regular operations.

  • You will be responsible for customer satisfaction.

  • Your personnel responsibilities will extend to team members that are personally managed by you at different locations.

  • Leading and developing a team of 5-10 people to ensure the successful planning and execution of daily operations.

  • Communicating regularly with customers regarding the status of operations besides monitoring logistics performance and costs.

  • Analyzing network metrics to determine and drive continuous improvement measures.
