We're looking for an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our Site Reliability Engineering team. Reporting to the Manager, Site Reliability Engineering, you'll be responsible to:

Work with Software Engineering and Infrastructure teams to design, implement, and deploy end-to-end monitoring solutions.
Manage the deployment of patches, upgrades, and administrative tools/utilities.
Monitor applications & services, participate in on-call rotations, and address issues while developing strategies to prevent future incidents.
Troubleshoot problems, resolve issues, and communicate solutions.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

3+ years as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a related role within a SaaS organization
Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, Go) and scripting languages (e.g., Bash).
High-level understanding of networking protocols and components such as HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, ICMP, the OSI Model, Subnetting, and Load Balancing.
Willingness and flexibility to work after hours/weekends for application releases and deployments.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous NOC/SRE on-call experience.
Understanding of SRE basics, including Golden signals.
Experience with CI/CD and automation framework development.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$115,500—$165,000 USD
