In collaboration with the Professional Services team, they will address customer technical inquiries and facilitate the transition of existing customer processes to our platform. Furthermore, they will cultivate professional relationships with clients to understand their challenges, ensuring the implementation process aligns with their unique needs.

At Authorium, we’re well aware of the impact the government can have on people’s lives. You are someone who possesses both a high level of customer empathy and technical mindset. You are resourceful and aren't afraid to push yourself outside of your comfort zone in order to solve a problem. In this position, you’ll be an integral part of the Professional Services team, helping deliver big customer wins and providing a voice for improvement of our offerings.
