Key Responsibilities:
- DevOps Strategy Leader:

Process Improvement Champion:- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices that enhance team productivity and system reliability. You’ll streamline workflows, introduce new tools and technologies, and ensure that our DevOps processes are cutting-edge.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Work closely with development, QA, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle. You’ll be the bridge between these teams, ensuring that communication is clear and that everyone is working towards the same goals.
Security and Compliance Steward:- Ensure that all DevOps practices meet the highest standards of security and compliance. You’ll implement security best practices across our pipelines and infrastructure, ensuring that our systems are protected against threats.
Requirements
Required Skills:
- DevOps Mastery: Extensive experience in DevOps practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code (IaC), and cloud management. You should be comfortable with tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS/GCP.

Educational Requirements:

Experience Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps or related fields, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role such as DevOps Manager, Lead DevOps Engineer, or similar. You’ve successfully led teams that have built and maintained robust, scalable infrastructure.
- Proven experience in building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, with a strong focus on automation and process improvement.
