Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market presence.
  • Opportunity Identification: Discover and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the logistics sector.
  • Client and Stakeholder Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance business partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and competitor activities to inform and refine business strategies.
  • Internal Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure the effective delivery of services and operational success.
  • Reporting and Presentation: Prepare and present detailed proposals, comprehensive reports, and accurate forecasts to senior management.
  • Parcel Volume Growth: Develop strategies to attract new clients and secure parcel volumes, contributing to the company's growth and revenue.
  • Additional Tasks: Undertake other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the business and adapt to evolving company needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales within the last mile, small parcel, logistics industry or e-Commerce Industry
  • Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decisions
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel as required
