About the role 

As a Change Manager specializing in our Industrialized Building System, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our product. You will leverage your expertise in change & process management, combined with a solid grounding in industrial engineering and Value Chain process management to lead our teams through an efficient and impactful change management process.

Your day-to-day tasks include: 

  • Change Leadership: Drive the change management for the GROPYUS Building System, ensuring teams can seamlessly integrate the changes into existing systems and processes. Lead cross-functional teams through change initiatives/proposals, fostering a positive and adaptive environment. 
  • Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve change management processes, leveraging automation tools to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and minimize disruptions. 
  • Impact Assessment: Conduct comprehensive impact assessments to identify potential risks and challenges associated with implementing new features or upgrades to the automated building product. Develop mitigation plans and proactively address concerns. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization (Development Center Leadership, Execution Leadership, Technologies Leadership), including product managers, engineers and development teams. Communicate change plans effectively, address concerns, and gather feedback to ensure successful adoption. 
  • Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs to educate users on new processes of change management. Provide ongoing support to ensure smooth transitions and maximize user satisfaction. 
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and measure the overall impact on business outcomes. Track key metrics to demonstrate the value of continuous improvement. 
  • Deployment & Scheduling: You will continuously monitor, validate and foster accurate tracking & reporting of deployment dates of the overall change pipeline, summarizing this for the organization and key stakeholders. 

 

Additional possible responsibilities: 

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in change management, process automation and reporting. 
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and implementation of long-term strategies for the GROPYUS Building System. 
  • Represent the Series Management team in cross-functional meetings and projects. 
  • Mentor and coach junior team members. 

 

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or production engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in cost engineering, preferably in the industrial manufacturing industries
  • Building Construction knowledge is advantageous but not required
  • Strong understanding of process creation, data products and systems
  • Expertise in continuous improvement & analysis 
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools 
  • Software Experience: Extensive project management tool experience (MS Projects, Wrike, Asana), Microsoft Office, Power BI, Excel are all essential, BIM knowledge advantageous but not essential 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work independently and to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders 
  • Fluent English (C1), good German (B2) is preferred but not essential
