Your missions

To continue StashAway’s tradition of creating high quality and innovative investment solutions, we are searching for a Product Manager looking to improve the customer onboarding and lifecycle experience. This is a core team in our business, driven by capable, passionate and all around amazing people. We need somebody that has experience building great user experiences and capable of deep diving in technical topics in order to drive the product development of our onboarding and customer lifecycle experience across regions.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding the ways our customers want, and need, to engage with our products and services.
  • Working on projects that aim to improve our customers’ ability to self-service account maintenance tasks, and optimise the productivity of our customer servicing teams.
  • Collaborating effectively with design, business intelligence, engineering, and more, to ensure that we are applying technology effectively.
  • Being a customer discovery champion. Applying different discovery techniques (qualitative and quantitative) continuously to help influence and define priorities for our mobile and web application development and wider product strategies.
  • Managing and owning your product team backlog. This involves requirements gathering, MVP scoping, prioritising and managing inter-team dependencies to ensure product roadmaps are clear and meaningful.

Requirements

  • 3 years of product management experience in a consumer-facing digital/software product, including both customer-facing and backoffice-facing interfaces.
  • A passion for building great mobile and web applications used by our customers to manage important aspects of their lives
  • A head for good design. This is not just making things pretty, but involves problem and solution design, testing, analytics, and information architecture.
  • Proven experience in leading a variety of customer discovery initiatives across stages, ranging from pre-launch to mature product iteration.
  • Comfortable with varying degrees of stakeholder management. This means being able to communicate effectively across the organisation, working with a range of stakeholders across levels, and making informed decisions for the product after getting feedback and alignment.
  • Ability to utilize data to make informed decisions. Whether it’s for product roadmap prioritisation, experimentation, feature analysis or discovery, being comfortable using data in a variety of ways in addition to qualitative insights is important.
  • Experience working on integrations and managing relationships with software vendors.
  • Organized. In a remote working world, this has become even more important.

Benefits

  • Compensation package: You will receive a competitive total compensation package that includes employee stock options if you are a full-time employee.
  • Comprehensive insurance coverage: Free panel outpatient GP clinic visits, group hospitalisation and surgical insurance, and Covid hospitalisation insurance coverage (conditions apply).
  • Management fee discount: You will receive an employee discount on your asset management fees when you invest with StashAway.

Flexible work arrangements and policies

  • Unlimited paid annual leave: It should be simple for you to decide if you would like to take more or fewer days off. We trust that you are accountable for your work and know best if you need 10 or 30 days of paid annual leave that year.
  • Personal work equipment budget: It’s important that you have a workstation that’s optimal for you wherever you are.
