Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to German-speaking customers

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Prior experience in technical support or a related field
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
