Job description

Opportunity to work in a Globant project in a leader pharmaceutical company.

Within the healthcare industry, we need a SAP Business Analyst with large experience in EWM to contribute in a global transformation program.

Main duties:

  • Support the Plan
  • Make DPO and workstream during all phases of the program: design, bukd, execution and deployment. Always ensuring standarization.
  • Support the creation of program documentation like Business Flow Diagrams, KDD's, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, Data Migration Rules, etc.
  • Perform testing, including BST (Business Simulation Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), Security Role Testing, Integration Testing, etc.
  • Create training material and deliver training.
  • Create SOPS (Standard Operating Procedure) and WI's (Work Instruction).
  • Support preparation and execution of system cutover, data migration, system deplyment and hyper-care.

Skills requiered:

  • Required minimum education: 4 years.
  • Requiered years of related experience: 8 to 10 years.
  • Practical experience with SAP MM and WM.
  • 5+ years of Supply Chain experience in any funtional area.
  • 3+ years of experience with Material Masters data and WM Ramp; EHS objects.
  • Good understanding of NPI (new product introduction) in Pharma industry.
  • Data migration experience in SAP.
  • Expert in Excel (create formulas, macros, pivot tables, advanced filters and charts).
  • Experstise in Visio and PowerPoint.
  • Proficience in SQL, Phyton or other data integration tools.
  • Experience with Data Quality, Profiling and Cleansing, Data harmonization.
  • Excellent English (verbal and written) communication skills, including presentation skills are requiered.
  • Ability to self-manage and maintain work-life balance in a global deployment project.

Preferred Area of Study: Masterdata, WM, EHS, Supply Chain, other related.

Understanding the business process linkages across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance and Master Data is preferred.

  • Experience in Master Data related to Materials Management, Plan, Make, Source, Deliver, Quality and Finance is an advantage.
  • Practical experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing/packaging enviroment is an advantage.
  • Expertise in Agile software as well as program deployment methodology including Jira is an advantage.
  • Execution experience in global/regional projects/programs in associated business function is preferred.
  • Experience working in a global/regional setting, or experience in a large-scale business transformation program is preferred.
  • Level of english: C1+/Native.
  • Country of residence: anywhere in Latam/Spain, open to work in the ET time zone.
  • 100% remote.
