We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to spearhead our direct communication efforts with customers and partners in key markets across the CIS region (Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan) and Europe (Spain, Italy). This role is crucial in building and nurturing relationships through effective email campaigns, driving engagement, and supporting our broader marketing goals.


I. Responsibility scope of E-mail communication with Customers
1. Segmentation of Target Audience
: Develop and maintain segmentation of the CRM database in alignment with business and marketing strategies, focusing on customer acquisition, acceleration, and expansion. Ensure the segmentation is consistently updated to reflect the latest customer data and behavioral insights, allowing for more targeted and effective email campaigns.
2. Target Audience Analysis:
Analyze and evaluate target audience segments to identify key insights, pain points, and needs. Use this information to tailor email marketing strategies that resonate with each segment. Hypothesis Building & Testing: Develop hypotheses based on audience insights and test them through A/B testing and other methodologies. Use data-driven results to refine and optimize email content, targeting, and overall strategy for improved engagement and conversion rates

E-Mail Message Strategy & Content Planning: Develop and implement a message strategy and content plan for key segments of the target audience, tailored to their relationship level (cold, warm) and aligned with business objectives. This includes crafting messaging that speaks directly to the needs and interests of each segment.
4. E-Mail Content Creation:
Prepare compelling content that clearly communicates value to customers, incorporating relevant Offerings, Case studies, Events, and other relevant materials. Ensure that all e-mail content is consistent with the corporate tone of voice and communication style, effectively engaging the audience and driving desired actions.
5. Email Layout & Structure:
Design and structure email messages using a clear problem-solving framework, ensuring that each communication effectively addresses customer pain points and offers compelling solutions. Create and design email templates that are visually appealing and consistent with the company's brand book. Ensure that all emails align with brand guidelines in terms of colours, fonts, and overall aesthetics. Customize and personalize email content to enhance engagement, using customer data and segmentation to tailor messages to individual recipients. Implement dynamic content and personalization strategies that resonate with each segment of the target audience.
6. Email Chain Development and Distribution
: Design and implement comprehensive email chains, including welcome sequences, reactivation emails, and invitation series for events. Ensure that each email sequence effectively guides recipients through the customer journey, fostering engagement and driving desired outcomes. Automate the email marketing process, including the creation and scheduling of email chains, to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. Integrate automation tools to manage snail mail processes where necessary, ensuring timely and consistent communication. Use corporate mailing services. Ensure that emails are sent out accurately, on time, and to the correct target audience segments.
7. E-Mail Campaign Effectiveness Analysis
: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of email campaigns by evaluating key performance metrics such as Open Rate (OR), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Click-to-Open Rate (CTOR), Unsubscribe Rate (UR), and Delivery Rate (DR). Assess the performance of messages and content to identify areas for improvement. Optimization Recommendations: Based on data analysis, provide actionable recommendations for optimizing email campaigns. Continuously test and refine strategies to enhance engagement, improve conversion rates, and achieve overall marketing objectives.


II.  Responsibility Scope of Communications with Partners and Vendor
E-Mail Newsletters & Digests: Develop and distribute regular newsletters and digests tailored for key partners and vendors. These communications should be designed to strengthen relationships, keep our brand top of mind, and provide valuable updates, insights, and content that resonate with their interests, business goals and KPIs.

III. Internal E-Mail Communication: Monthly Digest, highlighting key customer wins, news and activities & events.
