Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3+ years experience in customer service or client-facing role,
  • Administrative Skills: Proficiency in basic administrative tasks and database management.
  • Organizational Skills: Experience managing multiple tasks, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines efficiently.
  • Proven experience in managing clients' calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination.
  • Qualified candidates are energetic and enthusiastic, you must be able to communicate very clearly and effectively over the phone.
