UX Researcher (Mid-shift | Up to 90K)

The Role:

• Provide data insights to support the UX Designer
• Conduct user interviews via Zoom to collect feedback on the website and document the findings
• Collect quantitative data and insights to enhance the user experience
• Upload data to Hotjar and generate reports using Google Analytics
• Develop clear and accessible data reports that enable the leadership team to easily understand and make informed decision
• Collaborate with the UX Designer to implement strategies based on the data insights

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a comparable research role
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Hotjar, and User Testing
• Familiarity with Trello
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Recent experience work following the British Summer Time/mid-shift schedule
• Comfortable using a time-tracking tool (Hubstaff)  

• Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, and GMail

• Facilitate and lead workshops with stakeholders
• Present new ideas and insights clearly and effectively

Salary Range:  PHP 60,000 - 90,000 per month
