Zilliant is seeking an innovative Instructional Designer and Developer to join our Learning and Development team. In this role, you will develop SaaS platform and product education content that drives positive user journeys and enhances product adoption. You'll collaborate with go-to-market teams, employees, partners, and customers, reporting directly to the Director of Learning & Design Development.
What You'll Do:
  • Create coursework to address critical learning needs for employee, customer, and partner product enablement using established e-learning guidelines
  • Design and implement innovative product education and enablement programs for maximum impact.
  • Pioneer cutting-edge learning designs across various digital mediums to ensure engaging and effective training on technical topics.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of a Product Launch Education Bootcamp geared to properly train and support our implementation teams.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, facilitator guides, and eLearning modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning solutions with business objectives.

  • An excellent communicator capable of working with diverse stakeholders
What You'll Need:
  • 4+ years of experience in corporate training, preferably in a SaaS for B2B organization
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience with eLearning development, particularly using Articulate Rise360
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LMS administration
  • Demonstrated ability to design engaging eLearning programs and learning assets
  • Expertise in instructional design principles, including assessment strategies, adult learning approaches, audience analysis, and outcome measurement
