Summary

The Due Diligence Coordinator II performs various compliance related duties and responds to customer due diligence requests, audit requests and prepares reports as required. This position is responsible for the collection and maintenance of all supporting documentation necessary to respond to current and potential client requests to credential the organization.

This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday from 10:00AM - 6:30PM EST. As an hourly, non-exempt position, the starting pay rate for this position is $20.00 per hour.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Participate in auditing and monitoring activities as directed;
  • Respond to customer and prospect requests for due diligence information
  • Respond to third-party industry audit requests as needed
  • Maintain an understanding of consumer reporting industry guidelines, must know why certain items are required;
  • Prepare reports as required
  • Interact with department and company personnel, vendors, and customers on compliance related projects or questions;
