Your missions

Our client is seeking an Associate with 2+ years of experience to join its Litigation Business Unit in Southern California. The Associate will work exclusively on a team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions.

Location is flexible, but all candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar.

Warranty experience is not required; however, all candidates must have the following experience/ skills:

  • Trial/arbitration preparation and courtroom experience, including motion practice, deposition, and mediation
  • Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $140,000 - $160,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, the firm offers employees the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
