Job Description

The Order Administrator is responsible for Quote to Cash processes for Tier 0 & 1 Orders, ensuring outstanding customer care and effective order follow-up.. This role involves building a backlog with actionable plans alongside the Order Entry and Procurement teams to improve service levels, align priorities to meet customer expectations, and resolve disputes as vital. The Order Administrator ensures compliance with procedures and US GAAP for backlog management and maintains accurate information in the ERP system. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including Credit and Collection, Commercial, and Logistics, is important to achieving business objectives and meeting monthly POR commitments.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Customer Service:

Respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours.

Schedule weekly calls with customers to ensure orders meet the requested dates.

Directly address and resolve customer disputes.

Provide customers with Order Status Reports.

Order Execution:

Proactively handle the order backlog.

Supervise and report on order status regularly.

Follow up on commitments and delivery achievements with customers.

Supervise the delivery process within the internal supply chain.

Assess sales estimates on a monthly basis.

Sales Updates:

Weekly monitoring of critical orders with the sales team.

Analyze risks and opportunities based on credit status, customer feedback, plant deliveries, logistics timing, and service operations.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field.

Experience Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in order administration and resource management.
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • 1+ years in customer service.
