Technical Product Manager

The Technical Product Manager will work closely with our marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product development and market rollout. This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of a product, from ideating based on market research to working through technical challenges with the Product Owner and engineering leaders. The ideal candidate will have experience with generative AI, in-depth technical knowledge of the SDLC, excellent project management skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

What You'll Do

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy to all relevant stakeholders.
• Develop detailed product requirements and roadmaps based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
• Guide products from conception to launch while bridging the technical and business worlds.
• Analyze market data to develop sales strategies and product positioning.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
• Provide ongoing analysis and reporting on product performance, iterating based on feedback and analytics.
• Act as a primary point of contact for product-related queries and communicate technical details in a clear and effective manner.
• Conduct competitive analysis and remain informed of industry trends to ensure the product’s competitive position.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Strong technical acumen with an ability to translate between non-technical stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience with product lifecycle management tools, Agile methodologies, and software development processes.
• Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies, roadmaps, and supporting documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of product management or related experience in a B2B SaaSenvironment is preferred.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Alternate Sitting or Standing at Will. The ability to alternate between sitting and standing is present when a worker has the flexibility to choose between sitting or standing as needed when this need cannot be accommodated by scheduled breaks and/or lunch period.
• Entering text or data into a computer or other machine by means of a traditional keyboard. Traditional Keyboard refers to a panel of keys used as the primary input device on a computer, typographic machine or 10-Key numeric keypad.
• Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
• Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken or written word to impart oral and written information to clients or the public and to convey detailed spoken or written instructions to other workers accurately or quickly.
• Employee is required to have close visual acuity at approximately 20 inches or less to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
