We’re looking for a senior level product manager with experience in the product management life cycle, excellent communication and leadership skills, and within the healthcare industry. A person who loves to solve complex problems at scale and is interested in fixing America’s largest (and most broken) industry.

This position is available for fully remote work.

Team Overview

The Health Program team’s mission centers around helping a user identify and perform actions to improve their health. We calculate recommendations based on personal health information and craft personalized communications to the user to help them act on those recommendations.

What You'll Do:

  • Evaluate market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and the regulatory environment and use your analysis of this data as input to your product strategy
  • Spend time with our customers to better understand their needs and pain points
  • Foster a consumer-obsessed culture by integrating customer feedback into every stage of the product life cycle, prioritizing customer satisfaction and experience in all product decisions
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform and refine product strategies, ensuring they are aligned with market opportunities and customer expectations.
  • Understand and monitor KPIs & OKRs to support data-driven decisions influencing product and feature development
  • Contribute to building a shared product strategy with stakeholders for your product
  • Work with leadership and stakeholders on roadmap planning and prioritization
  • Collaborating with various cross functional teams to clearly articulate the importance, purpose, & impact (the “why”) for your product solutions
  • Lead with resilience and adaptability, navigating uncertainty and ambiguity to drive product success.
  • Validate problems to be solved and specify measurements of success, thinking through edge cases, and the cross-team dependencies to deliver high-quality features & outcomes.
  • Test and monitor product improvements and features to ensure they meet intended KPIs
  • Comfort with creatively adjusting scope and reducing impediments to ensure that product updates are delivered on-time and on-budget
  • Suggest and implement best practices for the product management organization


Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a product manager role
  • Experience with consumer facing SaaS products
  • Experience within the healthcare industry
  • Obsession with understanding how product features are impacting customer/user value in Healthcare
  • Relentlessly data driven; ability to develop and analyze product KPIs, conduct market research, capture customer feedback, and form insights quickly to guide your decisions
  • Deep understanding of product workflows to formulate a well thought out, data backed, product strategy, OKRs, and roadmap
  • Strong command of the tools, techniques, and skills needed to take product features through all phases of the product life cycle
  • Experience and excitement in working at a fast paced, scaling organization and solving complex problems
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and self-sufficient
  • Strong communication skills to drive cross-functional buy-in and alignment
  • Exceptional decision-making and prioritization skills
  • Ability to communicate to various internal stakeholders as well as with clients
  • Self-starter and ownership attitude
  • Work quickly without sacrificing quality to find creative solutions
  • Significant experience working hand in hand with client facing, engineering, and design teams
  • Passionate about improving our healthcare system and disruptive innovation

The target salary range for this position is $153,000 - $185,000 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
