Position Description: The Project Administrative Support Specialist provides day-to-day project administrative support and engages with Senior and Principal Consultants.
Minimum/General Experience: 5 years of experience providing project administrative support
Minimum Education: Bachelors' Degree in business, management, or related field
Essential Skills/Qualifications
- Excellent experience using Microsoft (MS) Office software developing PowerPoint presentations, MS Excel spreadsheets, and MS Word documents supporting meetings, deliverables, and work products
- Strong experience performing project administrative tasks (i.e., meetings, schedules, document management)
- Strong experience managing SharePoint repositories
- Experience collecting/maintaining accurate quantitative and qualitative data
- Experience reporting quantitative and qualitative data to internal/external stakeholders
- Experience providing project administrative support as a federal contractor
- Excellent knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Excellent ability to work as part of a team and engage with senior consultants
- Strong problem-solving and analysis skills
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Security: Ability to obtain/maintain a Federal Civilian Public Trust
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident that has lived in the United States for at least 3 years

Tasks/activities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Ensures timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual quantitative and qualitative project and data reports supporting contractual and company requirements
- Tracks and reports status on deliverables, work products, and other team activities weekly
- Collects project team qualitative and quantitative data, ensures data integrity and conducts high-level data analysis and reporting
- Manages and maintains project team schedules, appointments, and calendar invites
- Provides meeting support for project team members and client support activities (e.g., agendas, calendar invites, read aheads)
- Records and distributes minutes (e.g., attendees, highlights, decisions, action items) for all client meetings and as directed for internal project team meetings
- Collects, tracks, and reports project team action items
- Creates/manages project team and client SharePoint repositories ensuring data integrity
- Manages project processes and templates
- Files and retrieves electronic documents and reference materials
- Prepares and edits correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- Maintains project team bios, contact information, required training, client furnished equipment, and other team information as identified
