Your missions

Major Responsibilities:

  • Use professional product knowledge to accurately and timely convey the key information of ASP products to customers and achieve promotion goals by carrying out various academic activities and promotion activities in a compliant manner. Maintain good cross-departmental communication with the marketing department, professional education and other departments, work closely together, promote products in depth, and improve the brand of the company and products.
  • Plan management and execution: Formulate the promotion plan of the responsible area, negotiate with the line manager and marketing colleagues to reach the final promotion plan, and implement it. Ensure that business activities are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the company's policies and processes and in accordance with compliance standards;
  • Customer management and brand management: Through academic visits to customers and experts, we continuously deliver the key information of ASP products, so that customers and experts can recognize and understand the company's product knowledge. Through academic visits to nurses, understand the use of products and related market information;
  • Performance Management: Agree on work goals with line managers and ensure that goals are met. Complete the collection, summary and analysis of the company's relevant data on time to ensure the accuracy of the data and meet the company's management requirements;
  • Financial management: Formulate the budget reasonably according to the company's regulations, and implement it according to the plan in compliance to ensure the rational and effective use of resources;
  • Teamwork: Actively cooperate and share with team members and cross-departments to integrate resources and work together for a win-win situation;
  • Self-management: Become an expert in the field of product and sales. Provide coaching and support to new team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in medicine or clinical medicine is preferred;
  • Ability to conduct business independently and to learn;
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity;
  • Positive team spirit, diligent, tenacious and positive;
  • Have a sense of continuous improvement and pursuit of excellence.
