The Role

We Are Hiring - IT Support Technician, 100% Purely Home-based

We are looking for an IT Support Technician with a mix of technical skills and the ability to handle verification and follow-up tasks. The role does not involve end-user contact, troubleshooting, or configuration, but having configuration skills is a bonus!

If you have the right blend of skills and are detail-oriented, then this job is for YOU.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Escalating technical issues to the relevant parties when needed and following up till the issues are closed.
  • Ensuring all standards and procedures are followed and maintained.
  • Answering queries and resolving issue relating to usage of standard applications and IT services.
  • Providing monthly help desk reports.

Ideal Profile

As An IT Support Technician, You Need To Have

  • Has technical knowledge of various computer hardware peripherals (Switches, Routers, Firewalls, UPS/APC, and Network Printers)
  • Knowledgeable with login methods (Active Directory, Sync Services, and Cloud-based applications)
  • Has working experience with SSH/Command Line and PuTTY
  • Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication Skills

Working Hours

8 PM - 5 AM Philippine Time
