Job description

GrowthX is a membership club for leaders & founders. Our members are from Google, Amazon, Razorpay, Airbnb, CRED, Paytm, Zerodha, Swiggy- you name a startup and they’ll most likely be part of GrowthX.

The GrowthX membership gives 3 things- one, structured learning taught by top leaders in the country, second a curated social media platform that becomes their safe space to soundboard about anything, & third, orbit changing outcomes- whether it’s cracking interviews, getting promoted or hiring their own teams.

GrowthX is a profitable company, and is also backed by the largest seed round in the world with 212 angel investors. Our founders were leaders from Razorpay & CRED and the team is a diverse team of ex-founders, growth leaders, PHD researchers, game designers, & artists.

We want to impact a million lives in the next 3 years through second order effects. To scale this we need to scale & evolve the learning experience at GrowthX across current & new set of programs that really solve for their skill gaps (early / mid-senior / leadership).

What's the role?

This is a 3 months structured internship program inside our Outcomes team. The core part of your role is to enable our members crack roles across top technology companies in India. You will be directly working with top internet companies to help them hire the right growth talent. This includes closing the deal with companies, working with HR/people leaders to understand their hiring requirements, designing the best onboarding experience, creating learning content to help companies hire better & coordinating with companies & members to curate a top notch experience. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to interact with some credible leaders in the startup world.

What will you do? Getting top companies to hire from GrowthX

You will be closing deals every single day. This involves

  • identifying companies & roles that we can cater to
  • Reaching out to the right ICPs
  • Pitching our value propositions and getting them onboard as a client.


You will be creating pitch decks, reaching out to leads via calls or emails and completing all vendor requirements involved. Your core metric to track will be the number of jobs going live for our members every week.

Creating Top Notch Onboarding Experience

  • Implementing an exceptional onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Working closely with HR/people leaders to understand their specific hiring needs and tailor the onboarding process accordingly.
  • Continuously gathering feedback from clients to improve and enhance the onboarding process.


Setting up all automated communications

  • Setting up automated communication workflows to keep both companies and candidates informed throughout the hiring process.
  • Implementing email campaigns to increase the sign up to job posted ratio on the talent platform


Coordination between companies and candidates

  • You will be acting as the primary point of contact for both companies and candidates
  • Continuous followups with companies and candidates to ensure the process is smooth and both parties are having a good experience


Content development

  • Creating guides, templates, and playbooks that companies can use to improve their recruitment strategies.


Solving for retention and repeat hires

  • Building strong relationships with clients and maintaining a good NPS score


Important Note: Only those who have graduated or are graduating in the batch of 2024 should apply for this internship. Bar raiser performers during the internship period will get a full time offer inside the GrowthX Community team at the end of the 3 month internship period.
