Why are we hiring a Salesforce Administrator? We’re on the hunt for a Salesforce Administrator

as part of our company’s growth.

The Salesforce Administrator is the bridge between the business and Salesforce technology with the responsibility of the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our Salesforce platform. Reporting into the SVP, Revenue Operations, this role will be part of the Revenue Operations team within the Commercial Department.

What are you responsible for?

  • Manage Salesforce.com CRM including support requests and escalated administrative needs of users.
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.
  • Ensure high levels of data quality, integrity, and consistency.
  • Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor performance and user adoption.
  • Adherence to the Company’s Quality Management System to ensure that all work is handled Securely, Professionally and Diligently.


To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need

  • 4 years of experience administering Salesforce along with designing and building any of the following: Flows, data checks, system integrations with external systems
  • Experience with setting up Salesforce CPQ a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce Price Books a plus
  • Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management a plus
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements from internal customers
  • Experience bringing departments onto the Salesforce platform who have not previously used it
  • Confidence in leading new initiatives and solving unmet needs with Salesforce.
