Job description

Your missions

This is a remote position.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in a DevOps/System Admin role;
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or Computer Engineering;
Experience with automation frameworks such as Ansible/Python Scripting/ and developing scripting that interact with APIs.;
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
Understanding of Internet protocols such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, HTTP;
Strong technical documentation comprehension abilities;
Experience with deployment & management of complex systems such as Kubernetes or VCF;
Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.

About the position:

Research deployment process of targeted applications and participate in the design of the integration;
Lead implementation, installation, and configuration of company-based application;
Detect, diagnose, and troubleshoot any configuration or implementation issues;
Provide technical support to customers, respond promptly to service issues, and manage escalations;
Guide the software configuration and setup process, including system integration, hardware dependencies, and software installation;
Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to deliver complex projects on time and within client expectations;
Stay updated about the latest industry trends and technologies and leverage this insight to improve service delivery;
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide detailed reports, summarizing project outputs and key issues.
