Senior Full Stack Developer / .NET (Prague Based)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is pivotal in the development of a new administrative system designed to manage and maintain inventory records for the Czech government. The project emphasizes database management, queries, and user interface development over complex calculations.

Position: Senior Full Stack Developer / .NET

Location: Prague (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Language: Strong Czech/Slovak, English

Team Structure: Small team (2 Developers, 2 Analysts)

Project: Development of an administrative system for the Czech government

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in the full project life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Collaborate closely with a small, focused team of developers and analysts to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security through code reviews and testing.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience: Senior-level experience in full stack development with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
• End-to-End Delivery: Proven track record in delivering complete projects from conception through to implementation, rather than working on isolated tasks.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in .NET framework, C#, SQL, as well as knowledge of front-end technologies.
• Database Management: Strong skills in database design, queries, and performance optimization.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Czech or Slovak is mandatory; proficiency in English is also required as English will be used occasionally.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a small, collaborative team environment.
