Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Influencer Talent Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram, and a proven track record in influencer marketing. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to engage and grow communities across various social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Support:

  • Cater to influencers' needs, ensuring their goals and visions are realized.
  • Build and manage content schedules and calendars tailored to each influencer.
  • Monitor trends, including trending sounds, and provide influencers with timely updates.

Collaboration and Brand Partnerships:

  • Identify and secure potential brands for influencer collaborations.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams for brand deals, especially in music or other specialized niches.
  • Ensure influencers keep the management team informed about brand outreach, enabling seamless coordination.

Community Management:

  • Engage with followers, manage comments, and foster a positive online community for each influencer.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of social media algorithms and SEO best practices, optimizing content for maximum reach and engagement.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Analyze social media metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance performance.
  • Utilize data to refine strategies and support influencer growth, ensuring long-term success.

Communication and Strategy:

  • Conduct weekly calls with influencers to discuss strategy, performance, and upcoming opportunities.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with influencers, understanding their needs and articulating plans.
  • Develop and execute innovative social media strategies that align with the influencers' goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in social media management, particularly in influencer marketing.
  • Platform Knowledge: In-depth understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
  • SEO and Hashtag Strategy: Strong knowledge of SEO practices and effective hashtag strategies.
  • Community Management: Experience in engaging and growing online communities.
  • Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and create unique, engaging content.
