Your missions

Job Role: Technical Instructor - Red Hat Trainer

Language Requirement: Spanish / German / Dutch

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Remote (Anywhere in Europe) with Occasional Travel

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Instructor to deliver high quality training and certification classes. This role will primarily be remote with occasional travel across Europe as needed. If you are a Red Hat expert with a proven track record for training with fluency in Spanish, German, or Dutch, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

Set up and teach Red Hat Training classes, both virtually and in-person.
Set up and manage Red Hat's certification exams.
Guide discussions with customers to scope training needs.
Participate in internal projects and new course pilots.
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for course material design and assist the curriculum team in reviewing and improving learning content.

Mandatory Experience

5+ years in the computer industry with at least 3 years of instruction experience.
Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification or ability to certify within 60 days of hiring.
Solid background in Linux or UNIX system administration and deployment.
Exceptional communication skills at all organizational levels.
Strong course facilitation and management skills.
Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and enthusiasm.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Experience

Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) status or additional certifications, especially on Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat OpenStack Platform, and Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
Experience in application development or modernization.
Knowledge and experience with Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), automation, etc.
Experience in providing training through virtual environments.
