Sales Operations Analyst

This is a contract opportunity.

This is a hybrid opportunity in Bay Area, SF, Chicago IL, or New York, NY. 

About this Position

We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to build the next generation of internal tools. This global role focuses on enhancing and scaling processes for core sales operations. You will collaborate with various teams to standardize, automate, and elevate sales planning and forecasting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Co-own the SaaS business process for current and future use cases.
  • Perform data analysis and model setup tasks to ensure smooth operation and inform feature design.
  • Build and continuously improve planning and forecasting models in partnership with model builders and process experts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver new use cases.
  • Ensure timely project delivery by managing milestones, escalating blockers, and making trade-offs on features and capabilities.
Job Skills/Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or strategy with a focus on building planning or financial models.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
  • BA/BS degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Anaplan, Microsoft Dynamics, and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior management.

Pay Range
