Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Reporting / Data Analyst Manager to join our central HR Product Reporting team.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements in the HR processes, developing technical IT development concepts, and leading projects using agile methodologies.
You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure all reporting and analysis needs are efficiently and accurately met.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Analyze Business Requirements in central Deutsche Telekom HR: Collaborate with various departments to identify and document requirements for recruiting, talent management, and skill development.
  • Develop Technical IT Development Concepts: Design and implement technical IT development concepts based on identified requirements.
  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate projects using agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyses using MS Power BI and Excel.
  • KPI Management: Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes. Conduct activities for continuous improvement based on KPI results.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Plan and conduct workshops at various management levels to present analyses, concepts, and project progress.
  • Communication: Effective and proficient communication in German and English, both oral and written.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity and quality, and optimize existing data processes.

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Bring at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an international setting.
  • Excel in Technical Skills:
    • Possess a deep understanding of analyzing business requirements in HR processes and translating them into effective IT development concepts.
    • Have hands-on experience with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and have extensive experience with MS Power BI.
    • Have a strong track record in managing KPIs and driving improvement initiatives based on KPI analysis.
    • Are skilled in leading workshops and presenting insights to various management levels.
  • Communicate fluently in both German and English.

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1650 € /brutto.

* Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Slovakia due to European taxation regulation.
