OpiniQ Ltd is looking for a Senior/Lead Recruiter to join our HR team.The successful candidate will attract and hire top talent to support our company's mission and growth.
The ideal candidate has a background in recruitment, excellent attention to detail  and desire to grow in the profession.

Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions
  • Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Conducting interviews and assessing candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit with the company.
  • Assisting in the coordination of interview schedules and providing administrative support throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in recruitment or human resources minimum 3 year
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools, Linkedin etc.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Russian plus English B1+.
