The Technical Project Manager role will give you the opportunity to: 

  • Manage enterprise customer engagements and drive success by understanding customer needs and key business challenges. 
  • Be responsible for the creation and execution of delivery plans to meet key customer objectives and project milestones.

  • Engage with C-suite and senior stakeholders to inform decsion making and coach client team members in project best practice. Our growing global customer base includes the world’s largest financial instituations and critical infrastructure enterprises. 
  • Build knowledge and experience in the emerging area of Continuous Controls Monitoring and the Panaseer solution, communicating this with our customers and prospects. 
  • Manage meetings and communications to ensure everyone remains aligned on scope and priorities, are clear on their tasks and timelines and are held accountable to deliver them. 
  • Interpret feedback from customers and prospects to inform our product development function. 
  • Use your knowledge of the Panaseer solution and our delivery approach to support pre-sales engagements. 

Requirements

Who you are 

  • You have managed customer facing technical delivery projects. 
    • You have managed technical projects (ideally in relation to data transformation / data analysis) with a number of requirement areas,  requiring stakeholder dependency management.  Typically spanning at least a few months delivery of scope with a cross-functional team of 5 or more team members contributing to the delivery.  
  • You have had relevant experience in technical project management. Including 
    • Strong understanding of technical dependencies and impact these have on project delivery. 
    • Good knowledge of software lifecycle. 
    • Ability to identify key project risks and mitigate these based on knowledge & experience of software deployment.  
  • You have experience in the scoping, schedule, quality and financial aspects of project management. 
    • You have led scoping & requirements workshops with customer stakeholders.  
    • You have built project plans based on your knowledge of project activities & requirements. 
  • You apply creative problem solving in the identification, management and mitigation of delivery risks and issues. 
    • You have created and managed project risk registers based on your knowledge of the project management lifecycle combined with technical knowledge of software deployment projects. 
    • You have proven experience of proactively applying mitigation strategies to project risk. 
  • You have created delivery plans and tracked progress against milestones to drive successful engagements. 
    • You have a working knowledge of project planning tools and have communicated with customer stakeholders to track delivery. 
  • You have an interest in in infrastructure, technology and security, are curious and eager to learn more about the Panaseer platform. 
    • You are able to use your knowledge and understanding technical solutions to quickly learn about new technical solutions (such as Panaseer) and talk confidently to others about the solution and its benefits. 
  • You're driven by achieving successful customer outcomes. 
  • You have managed customer stakeholder relationships, including management of expectations, to achieve success. 
  • You are a clear, concise communicator adept at motivating your team. 
  • You focus on outcomes and Customer value, above process and procedure. 
  • You have managed internal stakeholder relationships across functions in the business. 
  • You are an adaptive, creative, collaborative person. 
  • You apply creative problem solving in the identification, management and mitigation of delivery risks and issues

Role and Responsibilities: 

  • Plan customer delivery to meet internal and external stakeholder expectations against time and budget. Facilitate communications and ensure agreed outcomes are achieved. 
  • Create and manage project tasks and deliverables through Jira, assign, and track activity with the allocated resources. 
  • Track and report against the estimated project budget expenditure. Manage project risks and issues escalating to management as necessary. 
  • Update weekly project reporting related to progress, risks, issues, and dependencies within Confluence. Distribute to internal and customer stakeholders. 
  • Build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships through effective and appropriate communication.

  • Pre-Sales Support 
    • Experience in supporting pre-sales engagements using knowledge of the Product and delivery approach. 
  • Technical Acumen 
    • Understanding of technical concepts related to cybersecurity and continuous controls monitoring. 
  • Agile methodology  
    • Experience of leading and working with Agile teams. 
  • Tools: Jira and Confluence  
    • Well versed in managing projects using Jira and Confluence.
