★ WHAT YOU WILL DO
We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager with experience in finance operations, accounting and FP&A to join our Finance team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Finance Operations
Take care of all basic finance operations : invoicing, cash collection, supplier payments…
Manage and optimize financial flows to support business needs.
Coordinate with external partners, including chartered accountants, auditors and bankers, to ensure smooth financial operations.
Ensure compliance with IFRS and manage the consolidation of financial statements.
- FP&A
Build and maintain financial reports that provide clear insights into the business's financial health.
Lead the construction of business reviews and contribute to strategic decision-making through financial analysis.
Prepare and oversee forecasts and budgets in collaboration with the CFO.
- Financial strategy / M&A
Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies that drive company growth.
Support ad-hoc strategic projects such as M&A, financing and 3-year plan
★ WHO YOU ARE
You will be a good fit to join the Finance team at Adikteev if you:
Bring 7+ years of proven experience in finance roles, ideally gained within an audit firm (financial audit and / or transaction services) followed by a similar role in a scale-up environment.
Hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. CPA or an equivalent certification is a plus.
Demonstrate strong accounting knowledge, with proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
Have experience with IFRS and financial consolidation.
Master Microsoft Excel, with the ability to use advanced features and build models.
Showcase a proven track record of managing financial operations in an international context.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with external partners.
Pay close attention to detail, with a strong ability to interpret and manipulate financial data
Take a proactive approach and can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Excel in written and verbal communication skills in French AND English.
