  • Create and maintain documentation about supply chain processes and procedures.

  • Foster a commitment to continuous improvement by maintaining adaptable processes aligned with business requirements and high supply chain metrics standards, leading the identification of improvement areas, spearheading project initiatives, and driving process enhancements or automation.

  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration to drive regional and global continuous improvement projects while supporting the supply chain teams.

  • Manage the productivity of a small team to facilitate enhancements through automation, improved data visibility, and standardized processes.

  • Experience in Kinaxis and Oracle Preferred.

  • Experience in supply chain process improvements & Project Management.

  • Preferred experience with global/multi-country business partnerships and cross-functional teams.
