Your missions

O & M Asset Management Manager
Our client was founded in 2018 by veteran solar sales and finance professionals dedicated to helping customers get the most out of solar energy. They pride themselves on delivering their customers and investors with the simplest and most affordable path to energy savings.
About this Opportunity:
In this position you will support a variety of data monitoring as well as strategic partner relationships. You will be primarily responsible for supporting the ongoing success of their solar projects, which includes monitoring at least 22 of our systems to ensure optimal performance.
Responsibilities:
  • Continually monitor the operating solar systems to ensure optimal performance while creating a strong process
  • Understand system alerts and performance issues and holding installers responsible
  • Route all necessary WOs to approved vendors to address system issues timely and manage through to successful resolution 
  • Track actual solar production against expected production
  • Work with the teams to ensure data is accurate and provide regular executive reporting on system status
  • Onboarding new partners with remote commissioning and other duties as needed

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in the renewable energy industry.
  • Experience with MS Office and strong Excel skills required.
  • Ability to multitask and operate in a dynamic & fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task while prioritizing on a continual basis.
  • Outstanding and proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively. 
  • Systems thinker with a high level of curiosity, excited to learn and keep up to date on renewable energy.

Compensation and Work Environment:
  • Independent Contractor with a base salary range of 75K-110K based on experience.
  • The physical setting is remote, ideal candidates will be in the North CA market or Texas
