We also offer onboarding, payroll, and HR direct support services.

We’re looking for a Data Tech to join our team to support and move forward crucial community projects through 2024 and beyond. 

Data Tech Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up text and phone bank systems.
• Clean and process data, execute data mapping, perform bulk uploads, and troubleshoot.
• Train other team members to read reports and use systems.
• Update document data processes, end-user training manuals, or fact sheets
• Provide remote technical support.
• Work with the Data and Analytics Manager to run daily reports for data quality control.
• Other data support as needed.

Position Requirements

• Experience applying data and analytics tools in a business or non-profit setting.
• Basic knowledge of and experience in VAN, and Every Action.
• Troubleshooting, logic, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
• Must be able to work independently on assignments, consistently meet deadlines, and effectively communicate outcomes and timelines to the Manager. 
• The ability to follow standards and system implementation methodologies
• Be able to display a courteous, accountable, and professional demeanor.
• Applicant location in Texas preferred.
