Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Specialist to enhance our day-to-day operations and contribute to the execution of our services. This role offers the chance to work alongside a dynamic team and play a pivotal part in managing operational tasks across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Contract Management: Draft job posts and manage employment contracts to ensure seamless hiring processes.
- Interview Preparation: Develop interview questions tailored to job posts and candidate CVs to streamline the recruitment process.
- Talent Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including contract signing, document collection (e.g., passports), and setup guidance.
- Financial Administration: Handle invoicing and direct debit setups, ensuring timely and accurate financial operations.
- Local Operations Support: Coordinate local logistical needs in Egypt, including office setups, internet arrangements, and client onboarding processes.
- Training and Development: Train new hires on essential company processes and documentation. Develop practical scenarios and presentations to facilitate learning and adaptation.
- Digital Solutions Coordination: Identify and implement the most effective internet applications, websites, platforms, and tech providers to support internal and external operations. Evaluate options based on customer service reviews, costs, and alignment with business needs.
- Document Graphic Editing: Graphically enhance and modify business documents to meet our presentation standards.
- Document Creation: Generate HR letters and other required documents to support talent mobility and verification.
- SOP Development: Assist in creating and refining Standard Operating Procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
