Your missions

Key Lime Interactive (KLI) is offering an opportunity to drive research. You need to be able to conduct and analyze UX research with little to no direction. You must be able to work in a more ambiguous environment, picking which research will work best given the constraints shared with you and always keeping the ball rolling. If you thrive in an environment where constant change and your research matters, then this is a good place for you.

The Quantitative User Experience Researcher II is responsible for planning, executing, and communicating projects and ensuring they adhere to agreed-upon timelines, guiding and supporting junior roles, and building relationships with clients. Below is a list of primary responsibilities for this position. Additional responsibilities may include those that typically fall under the roles of UX Associate, UX Researcher, or on an as-needed basis. The employee must be able to exercise discretion and independent judgment on matters of significance to KLI. Those areas are outlined below.

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is based on evaluation during the interview process, the candidate's range and depth of experience, business and market financials, and internal pay parity.

You may be required to occasionally work irregular hours, nights, and weekends as required by project needs.

  • Execute research: Develop code to retrieve, clean, analyze large-scale data sets; conduct statistical modelling and analyses to describe user and customer behaviors, using various slicing mechanisms; identify meaningful patterns and correlate signals to provide a coherent research insight. Examine existing data and product designs to generate hypotheses and plans for high-impact research. Analyze logs and time-stamped event data to understand user behavior across Google Drive.

  • Communicate research: Transform research findings into recommendations for the design and product management teams; work as a team to improve research deliverables (reports, presentations, posters); use methods of research communication to deliver lasting research artifacts. Drive change by communicating findings to stakeholders in the company. Make research findings convincing and actionable for both research experts and non-experts.
