Django React Fullstack Developer (remote in Europe)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fullstack Developer with a strong background in both Python / Django and JavaScript / React. As a Fullstack Developer, you will be working to further improve our core product, Innoactive Portal, as well as develop and maintain customizations at our automotive clients. You will work on both the frontend and backend, ensuring seamless integration between the two while delivering high-quality user experiences tailored to the needs of our enterprise customers.

• Frontend development: Develop and maintain user-facing features using React.js and JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Backend development: Build and maintain robust backend components using Django and Django REST Framework.
• Development lead for customization projects: Customize and extend our platform to meet requirements of our large enterprise customers, especially Volkswagen Group.
• Ownership and collaboration: Take (technical) ownership of one or several software components while closely collaborating within our cross-functional team to define, design, and ship new features.
• **Ensure quality and automation: **Write clean, maintainable, efficient and well-tested code by participating in code and design reviews. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Django, including Django REST Framework and RESTful API design.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with React.js and JavaScript / TypeScript for frontend development.
• Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization.
• Proven experience of working with the above technologies in the context of small or mid-sized agile teams creating long-lasting high-quality software.

• Experience with OAuth toolkit and allauth as authentication libraries.
• Knowledge of Traefik for reverse proxy configurations.
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ for message queuing.
• Proficiency in using Python’s “requests” library.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and continuous release workflow automation.
