Technical Project Manager

What is this position about? 

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to manage the execution of different projects by defining the strategy and understanding the business contexts, needs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will need to coordinate and create the necessary methodologies, ensuring that outcomes are met by setting clear expectations and guidelines. The position potentially involves working with US clients in PST. 

You may work 100% remotely if you are currently living in LATAM, or you can always join us at the office! 

• Developing required project plans including detailed timelines, resource allocations, milestones, forecasts, and status reports. 

• Communicating with technical team members to contribute to technical discussions. 

• Proactively solving problems and initiating necessary collaboration within the teams (anticipate, identify and actively resolve issues). 

• Overseeing the overall quality of project delivery, ongoing performance and ensuring client satisfaction is fully met. 

• Assisting with meeting coordination and facilitation for cross-functional teams as required for each project.  

• Experience in project management with IT product-related deliverables. 

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g.: Scrum, Kanban, or other), Scrum Master certification or relevant certifications are a plus. 

• Proficiency in conveying complex ideas and technical information in a clear and concise manner. 

• Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office and or Jira/Confluence are a must.  

• Knowledge in risk management, stakeholder management, and change management is a plus. 

• Ability to work independently. 

• Capacity to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.

How much experience must I have? 

We're looking for someone with 6+ years of experience working as a Project Manager in the IT field.
