Key Data is the travel economy’s most trusted source for occupancy and short-term rental data. Our insights help property managers and destinations make the best decisions to grow revenue, uncover trends, and delight travelers around the world. Now, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help share our story with property management professionals throughout Europe.  


About the role:

The Marketing Manager (EMEA) is responsible for executing go-to-market campaigns that communicate our value and story to new customers across Europe. You’ll work closely with our industry and technical partners on co-marketing campaigns, and partner with our Sales team to run fast-moving outbound campaigns to drive new business. This role will be based in Barcelona, Spain. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing initiatives to drive qualified leads and business, which may include planning and ensuring the success of in-person events or conferences; planning and leading live webinars; creating content like blog posts or email; and co-marketing initiatives with industry partners. 
  • Work with trade groups and industry partners, and our own Partner team, to executive co-marketing campaigns that reach potential customers and communicate the benefit of our combined solutions. 
  • Develop audience-first, solutions-focused narratives, key messaging, and content that effectively position Key Data as the leader in short term rental data for property managers throughout EMEA. 
  • Serve as the marketing and audience expert in communicating product value propositions to our target audiences and enable Sales with relevant content to drive client adoption.
  • Support products go-to-market by informing the appropriate marketing mix based on product goals and audience and drive integrated marketing execution across channels. 
  • Operate with a test-and-learn, data-driven mindset, continuously seeking ways to optimize marketing execution as well as process.
  • Develop marketing plans for your assigned scope, considering business, product, and market priorities to maximize impact in a dynamic environment.
  • Be comfortable navigating ambiguity with changing business needs and priorities, and remain flexible in adapting plans, as needed.


Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a venture-backed technology / software environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is required, with a strong preference for Spanish and French skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; MBA or applicable post-graduate degree preferred
  • Experience managing multi-faceted promotional campaigns from inception, to launch, to post-campaign measurement and reporting, HubSpot CRM preferred 
  • Ability to build and maintain rapport with remote, global teams
  • Proven experience leading product pricing and packaging exercises with the goal of maximizing value for buyers and the company
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines
  • Outstanding data handling and strong analytical skills and experience generating and presenting reports to leadership
  • Self-motivated and strong collaborator, who is able to give and receive feedback constructively
  • Outstanding critical thinking, problem solving, decision making, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
