Email Designer

GrowthAssistant is looking for a talented and innovative Email Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. You will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling and effective email campaigns that align with our brand identity and marketing goals. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to design, develop, and optimize email templates, ensuring an engaging user experience across various devices and email clients.

Salary Range:  PHP 40,000 - 70,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

• Create and code responsive email templates that are visually appealing and align with brand guidelines
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and ensure design consistency across all email communications
• Continuously optimize email templates for better performance, including A/B testing of design elements to improve open and click-through rates
• Test emails for compatibility across various devices, email clients, and platforms, ensuring an optimal user experience
• Collaborate with content creators to integrate text, images, and other media into email templates seamlessly
• Stay updated on the latest email design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our email communications cutting-edge
• Monitor and analyze the performance of email campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

• 2+ years of experience in email design or a related field
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and email design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of email designs and campaigns
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.) and a strong understanding of email best practices
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality, error-free work
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in any US timezone
• Good oral and verbal communication skills
• Recent experience working in US office hours
