Theâ¯IT Internâ¯is responsible for supporting Companjonâs Tech team with the management and optimization of the entire IT Infrastructure as well as the relationship with the external technology provider.Â

ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

WhatÂ you will doÂ asÂ an IT InternÂ inÂ CompanjonÂ

Supporting the IT team with the implementation, configuration, management, and improvement of Companjon systems
Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all technology is working correctly. Troubleshooting hardware and software when necessary
Device lifecycle management including procurement, provisioning, deployment, maintenance andÂ deprovisioning
Technical onboarding and offboarding of employees
Working closely with our Tech partners to ensure the overall IT infrastructure is running efficiently and in line withÂ CompanjonâsÂ standards
AssistÂ in the reporting of key KPIs to the managementÂ team

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

What you will need to succeedÂ

Current or recent graduate
Bachelors orÂ Masterâs degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or IT related degree
Good problem-solving skills to allow you to troubleshoot issues and developÂ solutions
Familiar with the following technologies:Â Python and React, API Design and Data Fundamentals
Nice toÂ have:Â understanding of information security best practices

Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with focus on details without losing track of the biggerÂ picture
Effective collaboration across a range of Stakeholders within and external to the Insurance team
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English, other European languages a plus

Highly motivated and constantly aiming toÂ improve
