Position Summary

EBI Consulting is seeking a NetSuite Solutions Architect to join our Enterprise Technology Team. The position will play a lead role within the EBI Enterprise Technology Team, and will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions for NetSuite CRM, ERP, PSA, and integrated applications. Given your expertise in articulating technology in business terms, you will partner with all business units to understand business process and project requirements and explain the use of technology to improve business operations. You are driven by innovation, and you will harness your technical expertise to deliver solutions that support EBI’s strategic objectives. You will be responsible for designing and developing system solutions with the maximum level of automation. As part of the Enterprise Technology Team, you will adopt our #oneteam model to advance EBI technology platform. The Enterprise Technology team includes ITOps and Enterprise Apps, the NetSuite Solution Architect will report to Director of Enterprise Applications and Analytics.

This position reports directly to the Vice President of Enterprise Technologies, and can be either a hybrid or fully remote position, depending on your location. Top consideration will be paid to candidates near our Burlington, MA corporate headquarters who are able to come into the office a few days per week, but this position can sit anywhere in the US for the right candidate.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of our financial systems ecosystem
• Partner with Sales and Marketing, Finance, and Operations stakeholders to understand business processes and identify process and system gaps to provide optimized and automated solutions
• Design and document end-to-end NetSuite technical solutions in alignment with business requirements through scripting, workflow, custom field/form creation, RESTlets, web services, or integrations
• Administer, design, develop, and deploy NetSuite Open Air PSA solutions
• Create and maintain documentation on processes, system configuration, and business enablement guides
• Utilize best practices for SDLC, identify risks, and security concerns offering guidance
• Mentor junior team members, providing knowledge and guidance to learn NetSuite technologies
• Investigate and resolve issues related to data integrity, system performance, and user access
• Conduct system assessments, performance analysis, and data quality to optimize efficiency and scalability of NetSuite solutions
• Proactively research and recommend options for technical solutions
• Manage NetSuite maintenance releases

Qualifications and Capabilities

• 6+ years NetSuite experience with a deep understanding of business processes and requirements across sales, finance and operations organizations
• Demonstrated track record in streamlining operations through process automation and application integration
• Proficient in SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, REST, and various other NetSuite customization technologies
• Experience with application integrations, preferably with Boomi
• Experience with AI solutions preferred
• NetSuite certifications preferred
• Strong project management skills
• Highly motivated to continuously develop knowledge and skills and recommend new technologies
