Your opportunity
The T&E Compliance Analyst role is responsible for working with Roche employees all over the EMEA region in order to perform the Travel & Expense activities.
Everyday tasks are covering: claim processing, T&E compliance related ticket handling, checking all expense claims to be part of the payment against the local T&E policies and taking care of the financial posting fails. In this role you will focus on:
Assessing compliance of employee expense claims in a timely and accurate manner, against the Company’s Policies, Procedures and External regulatory requirements
Verifying T&E expense claims from VAT point of view
Handling data integration between SAP Concur and relevant ERP system
Clearly documenting all compliance assessment (i.e assessment results) activities in SAP Concur during claim processing
Actively and thoroughly working on avoiding potential financial fraud to appear in the company through T&E claims
Creating and maintaining internal process documentation to address updates to the compliance monitoring process
Collaborating with other T&E related teams and Roche affiliates
As part of day-to-day operations work collaboratively with the team to identify opportunities to improve compliance documentations (e.g. review manuals, return reason coding etc)
Who you are
We are seeking an individual with:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Finance/ Economics)
0-2 years of experience in relevant field (preferably in any finance or compliance related position)
Fluency in English and in German
Strong analytical skills and compliance mindset
Good change management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Growth mindset and customer focus
Exceptional problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and proactively
